© DF2QC 2018 Hello,   My name is Axel. I got my first licence in 1969 with the callsign DC1QC. This licence was limited to VHF and UHF Bands. After I finished my masters degree in RF engineering I upgraded my licence to shortwaves in 1974. Since then my callsign is DF2QC. From 1997 to 2002 I was inactive on all bands, due to my work as a consultant and project manager in the Philippines.   In 2008 I retired and repaired my old Kenwood TS-180s and started Ham operations again. My present tranceiver is a Yaesu FT-2000D. I’m focussing mainly on Dx-peditions and awards. The actual DXCC standing is 328 entities. I’m member of VFDB (a DARC associated radio club) and my DOK is Z14. Further memberships are: EPC, CDG, NDG, DIG.   For QSL’ing I use e-QSL (AG), LotW and also QSL cards upon request. For direct requested QSL's please send me a SAE and US$ 2,- to cover the mailing expenses.       So, hope to hear you on the air!!!!
